How to Install LoRA in DiffusionHub

Now that we know there are some great resource of LoRA in CivitAI to generate beautiful images. Let us give you refresher on how to add LoRA when you use DiffusionHub. There are 3 ways to do it.

1. Manual Download

To do manual download, it is fairly straightforward. Simply download from CivitAI to your computer and upload it by using file directory in the DiffusionHub. Here are the steps:

• Download LoRA manually in CivitAI.
• click on the file icon on the right, middle side.
• Go to /dh-user/data/models/Lora.
• Upload the downloaded LoRA, click Upload Files on the top right side.

2. Model Downloader

Automatic1111 in DiffusionHub has an extension called Model downloader that helps users to download CIvitAI files quickly. Please keep in mind that this only works if the creator does not set a download restriction that requires CivitAI users to login before downloading.Here are the steps.

• right click and copy the download link in CivitAI assets
• Go to Model Downloader tab in A1111
• paste the link in the box, tick LoRA.
• press download
• check in the LoRA file directory if the download succeed by making sure the safetensor file is downloaded.

3. CivitAI Helper

CivitAI Helper extension is helpful if you dont want to download and upload manually into DiffusionHub Server. To download restrictive assets from CivitAI, you need to get API Key from CivitAI. To do this, you need to login into CivitAI, go to account settings and generate your own API Key (it’s free). Copy and paste that API Key in the CivitAI API Key in the settings in Automatic1111.

• Once you set up the CivitAI API Key in Automatic1111 settings, go to CivitAI Helper extension.
• press scan.
• paste the link of the assets and press get model info.
• Press download.
